3. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flash Leopard VPN to:

Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws.
Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Conduct unauthorized network scanning or intrusion attempts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
